New York architects and industrial designer siblings Robert Moorehead and Granger have improved a particularly surprising screen system for their interiors made of CNC milled panels. Fully modular in conception, this bubbly screen design is an inventive way to divide up space in large spaces without eliminating design or originality with something as brutish as a flat rolling partition. Further, the fact that the screen is made of metal is always attractive to the inventive modern interior designer: it would be clean, go well with a lot of different colors, lighten up a dark room or even out a bright room. What’s most interesting about this design is that it match two separate requires for a screen partition: it can both easily separate the room and serve as a creative interior sculpture. In fact, the accents you will get with this screen from attractive lighting plans alone would make it worth trying out on your next design assignment!

Whoever listens to the sound of the harp will forever recall its smooth and peaceful sounds. Owning one and knowing how to play it is a dream for many people. However, if that is not the case, you could always go for something less exciting in the field of music, but quite cool in the field of design. From Carisa, this heater is a non-singing or home-heating model of a harp. It is called Adagio and even though it doesn't have the ability to make beautiful sounds, it will surely keep your home warm and perhaps even give you a harp-related feeling. The producers explain this object as “a symphony in stainless steel, harmonious or moving, yet timeless. A radiator to move your spirit. A radiator that is beyond any imagination or creativity.” We take their word for it and we are looking forward to yours too.
